Criminal Defense Attorney Jacqueline Danielle Crowley
Jacqueline D. Crowley, Esq. has made it her career to specialize in litigation and trial practices, predominantly in the field of criminal defense. She started her career as a prosecutor and slowly worked her way to a private practice. Today she fully embraces aggressive criminal defense and helps her clients with a range of offenses – from misdemeanors to capital felonies.
Ms. Crowley started her career as a prosecutor in South Florida. She spent four years and gained valuable trial experience as an Assistant State Attorney for Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
During her tenure, she became experienced in all aspects of criminal law and litigation and has handled over 100 jury trials. She has comprehensive training in the field of DUI law from her experiences in the 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward County.
Before practicing law, Ms. Crowley worked as a law clerk for two prominent judges (Hon. John M. Czygier and Hon. J. Hudson). This experience gave her insight into the judicial process, which is valuable experience for a criminal defense attorney.
Attending Stetson University College of Law, she focused her education on litigation and trial work and participated in numerous trial workshops as well as serving as a certified legal intern for the Pinellas County Public Defender’s Office.
In 2011, Crowly began focusing on her private practice. This was when partnered with Mr. Farkas to establish Farkas & Crowley.
Since the firm’s birth, she has dedicated herself to helping her clients achieve a strong criminal defense and fighting for the best possible outcome in their criminal cases.
